At Healthy Grains, we are committed to providing high-quality natural grains and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless they are faulty.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or faulty item)
4. Replacements
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer:
- A replacement item at no additional cost, or
- A full refund, depending on your preference
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or partially used food products (unless defective)
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
- Products not purchased directly from Healthy Grains
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
